Invar Systems, a leading integrator of warehouse logistics and automations,partnered with Red Hawk Technologies to migrate their Azure DevOps (ADO) environment from a shared instance with their former parent company to a new, wholly owned and controlled ADO instance. The primary challenge in this migration was the need to ensure a seamless transition without disrupting Invar Systems’ development and deployment processes. Additionally, the migration required careful planning and coordination to minimize downtime and maintain data integrity. In addition, Microsoft does not provide a tool from this kind of migration so we needed to create our own.
