During his career, Matt Strippelhoff has curated an extensive portfolio in traditional and interactive media. Leading the development of web applications, mobile applications, e-commerce websites and specialized interactive marketing programs, he shapes Red Hawk’s technological landscape.
In 2022, The Circuit awarded Matt the Visionary Leader Award for his groundbreaking approach to software development. Recognized for reimagining the process, Matt's bold leadership catalyzes growth and success. His visionary business model bundles software development and technical support services for a fixed monthly fee, offering financial predictability and operational stability for their mid-market clientele.
At Red Hawk, Matt’s vision, disrupting traditional models, has led to explosive growth, multi-year recurring revenue contracts and greater than 95% customer retention.
Matt earned a BFA in communication design from the Art Academy of Cincinnati in 1993.
As CTO, Ron leads Red Hawk’s developer corps and works closely with Matt Strippelhoff to identify opportunities for clients to automate workflows, manage data and integrate systems through web and mobile application development, thus improving efficiency and the clients' bottom line.
For more than 20 years he has helped develop apps and has worked on most major platforms including Windows, Linux/Unix, and even AS/400s.
Ron graduated from Northern Kentucky University in 1997 with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.
Rylan Peters, a seasoned investment banker and technology executive, excels in fostering company growth. With expertise in organic and acquisition growth strategies, he also champions internal career progression, culture, and learning. Formerly managing energy risk portfolios at top banks, Rylan transitioned to tech consulting, aiding companies in financing and operations.
As Red Hawk's COO/CRO, he shapes organizational strategy, structure and processes for sustained growth. Beyond work, Rylan is a dedicated family man and sports enthusiast who enjoys golfing.
He holds a BS in engineering physics and a BA in chemistry from Miami University, along with an MBA from Xavier University.

Why Red Hawk?
We understand what makes mid-market companies tick. Ron Dunlevy and Matt Strippelhoff established Red Hawk Technologies in May 2008 after a decade of working as colleagues in Cincinnati’s burgeoning tech startup and digital marketing industry. Because they were involved in the early years of developing, designing and marketing sophisticated web applications and system integrations, the partners recognized how quickly these things would come to revolutionize the way we work and live.
With the founding of Red Hawk, they were able to wholeheartedly pursue their passion for using technology in novel and creative ways to improve efficiency, lower costs and increase profits for their customers. This has resulted in the development of SaaS and PaaS products, as well as custom apps and system integrations for companies ranging in size from startups to the Fortune 500.
The majority of Red Hawk's work today falls into three categories: workflow automation, sales enablement and systems integration. Red Hawk also serves as the outsourced innovation team for several clients, collaborating closely with client IT and marketing teams. From feasibility studies to fully featured applications, Red Hawk focuses on delivering measurable value with every initiative.
