Account Executive

Red Hawk Technologies is looking for a motivated self-starter with a passion for building strong relationships with their prospects and acquiring new accounts. We are a fast growing company and employ teammates who love to learn!

Responsibilities:

  • Research sales leads, obtain knowledge of client organizations, develop client relationships, build strong relationships with vendors, marketing partners, and channel partners
  • Identify needs and opportunities, business requirements and pain points of prospects while constructing clear value propositions to key decision makers
  • Meet directly with leading business prospects and attend prospect or industry events
  • Utilize tools such as ZoomInfo and HubSpot to build client acquisition execution strategies.
  • Document sales activities (CRM)
  • Close deals and overcoming prospect challenges
  • Explore new strategies and opportunities to build into specific verticals in the middle market
  • Develop collateral in conjunction with marketing
  • Demonstrate and actively promote an understanding and commitment to the mission of Red Hawk Technologies through performing behaviors consistent with stated core values
  • Ability to work independently and on multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Hubspot or related CRM
  • Experience with or knowledge of ZoomInfo
  • Understanding of basic software development
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, communication, or a related field is a plus
