Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for scaling into a wide range of HR tasks, including:
- Recruiting and hiring new employees
- Onboarding and training new employees
- Managing employee benefits and compensation
- Administering payroll and taxes
- Handling employee relations issues
- Supporting compliance with HR laws and regulations
You will be provided the proper training in areas of less experience, and also given the opportunity to expand your knowledge and reach into the business operations over time.
Experience
Preferred experience to be successful in this role:
- 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources, Talent Management, or Operations role
- Some understanding of HR laws and regulations
- Experience with recruiting and hiring processes
- Experience with onboarding new employees
- Experience with managing employee benefits and compensation
- Experience with administering payroll and taxes
- Experience with handling employee relations issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
