Website Design and Programming - Shepherd Color
The Shepherd Color website is fully-integrated with client data sources, and passes user-collected data from various points of conversion found throughout the website directly into the clients CRM solution. As is the case with most of our clients, we bridged the gap between the Marketing and IT Departments, developing a website that met both departments' strategic and technical requirements.
The website design process began with consultation services to define user cases. This led to the definition of the website feature set as well as the flow of content and navigation structure. Red Hawk's team of experts worked directly with members of Shepherd Color's IT department, developing webservice calls to integrating multiple features throughout the website with existing data sources.
We are particularly proud of the interactive color chart. This unique tool allows OEM's to quickly locate pigments that meet their specific application and regulatory requirements and to follow through by requesting samples. Requests are captured and passed to a webservice call where they are processed and integrated with the client's CRM solution. This is now a significant point of conversion on the website.
