Red Hawk designed and programmed a website for Applied Spine to support the Company's new marketing initiatives. The website design process began with the development of user cases, prioritizing users in order of importance to the marketing initiative. The primary target audience for the website is Physicians. Prospective patients and family members make up the secondary audience. Content is segmented in an obvious manner to lead users to appropriate content.
Red Hawk worked with the medical illustration vendor selected for the project to direct visual style and treatment for the animations shown throughout the website.
A blog was seamlessly integrated to provide a simple CMS solution, allowing the Marketing Director to easily disseminate press releases without having to involve Red Hawk in the publishing process
User engagement levels are being closely monitored. Google Analytics was integrated with the website to track user statistics, goals, and downloads. Interactive marketing campaigns, established to drive traffic, are also being tracked.
