The Melink website was carefully architected based on user profiles developed during discovery, part one of Red Hawk's 4D Development Process. Melink has four primary target audiences; Building Owners, Architects & Engineers, Food Service Consultants and ESCOs & Integrators. Content specific to each of the 4 audience types was developed and Google Analytics was integrated to allow for segmentation in web analytics reports. YouTube views and PDF Downloads are tracked along with specific goals including requests for more information, employment opportunities, etc. Melink is using Red Hawk's CMS to manage content throughout the website.
Working with Red Hawk Technologies has been fantastic. During our web redesign, they did a great job of planning the new site with us, getting to know our business and customers and understanding our goals. They stayed on schedule and budget and were very accommodating throughout the process. Their customer service is excellent – anytime we have questions we can reach the team by phone no problem. What we also love is their CMS system – it is so easy to learn and update, and we've seen a definite increase in traffic, rankings and alerts due to the ability to update the website and add SEO components.
